Starlight - Billy gains extra Sheer Force based on his Max HP, with every 1 point of Max HP increasing Sheer Force by 0.1. All Physical DMG Starlight - Billy deals is Sheer DMG, ignoring enemy DEF and using his Sheer Force stat as the DMG Multiplier. Starlight - Billy restores 60 Adrenaline upon entering the battlefield. In Investigation Zone Mode, this effect can trigger once every 180s. When his HP is greater than 25%, press to consume HP and activate Special Attack: Drive Suppression. While in combat, each use of this skill increases his CRIT DMG by 90% for 45s. Repeated triggers refresh the duration. When HP is at or below 25%, the DMG he takes is reduced by 50%. Starlight - Billy gains Determination when his attacks hit enemies, with the amount depending on the skill used. Determination regenerates slowly while in combat, and is capped at 120. Hitting an enemy with EX Special Attack: Cool Wheelie, activating Chain Attack: Knight's Swagger, or triggering a block restores additional Determination. Triggering a Perfect Dodge by any means restores 3 Determination. This effect can trigger once every 0.5s. When Determination is greater than or equal to 100, hold to consume 100 Determination and activate Basic Attack: Full-Throttle Starlight. Hitting an enemy with Basic Attack: Knight's Technique restores a small amount of HP. Hitting an enemy with Dodge Counter: Duel King activated through a Perfect Dodge restores HP. Using EX Special Attack: High-Traction Wheels or EX Special Attack: Rocking Footwork restores HP.

Additional Ability: Blazing Starlight

When another character in your squad is a Stun, Defense, or Support character: Hitting an enemy with EX Special Attack: Cool Wheelie, the 4th hit of Basic Attack: Knight's Technique, Chain Attack, or Ultimate grants 1 stack of Starlight for 45s, up to a maximum of 2 stacks, Only one stack can be obtained per use of a skill. Each stack increases the DMG of Chain Attacks, Ultimates, EX Special Attacks, and Basic Attack: Full-Throttle Starlight by 20%.

Basic Attack: Knight's Technique

Press to activate: Performs up to four attacks forward, dealing Physical DMG. During the 4th hit, press to use Special Attack: Drive Suppression, reducing HP consumption by 50%. Restores a small amount of HP on hit.

Basic Attack: Full-Throttle Starlight

With enough Determination, hold to activate: Charges forward on the motorcycle, then fires a laser beam, dealing massive Physical DMG. Character is invulnerable while using this skill.

DodgeLv. 12

Dodge: Close Call!

Press to activate: A quick dash dodge. Character is invulnerable while using this skill.

Dodge: Through the Galaxy

During Special Attack: Drive Suppression, drag the joystick or hold to activate: Drifts with the motorcycle, enabling Perfect Dodges for a brief duration. If a Perfect Dodge is successfully triggered, it immediately chains into Dodge Counter: Afterfire Spin. During this skill, continue dragging the joystick or holding to continue drifting. During this skill, the duration of Special Attack: Drive Suppression will continue, and upon reaching the maximum duration, it automatically chains into EX Special Attack: Cool Wheelie. If the skill ends early, it automatically chains into Special Attack: Run Wild. Character is briefly invulnerable and Anti-Interrupt Level increases during this skill.

Dash Attack: Starlight Retribution

Press during a dodge to activate: Performs a quick forward slash, dealing Physical DMG.

Dodge Counter: Duel King

Press during a Perfect Dodge to activate: Fires a blast from his arm cannon, dealing Physical DMG. If this skill is triggered via a Perfect Dodge, hitting an enemy restores 10% of Max HP, and it can be chained into the 4th hit of Basic Attack: Knight's Technique. Character is invulnerable while using this skill.

Dodge Counter: Afterfire Spin

During Dodge: Through the Galaxy, trigger a Perfect Dodge to activate: Spins with the bike to deal Physical DMG to surrounding enemies. After using this skill, it automatically chains into EX Special Attack: Cool Wheelie. Character is invulnerable while using this skill.

Quick Assist: Starlight - Power of Bonds

When the active character is launched, press to activate: Fires a blast from his arm cannon ahead, dealing Physical DMG. When HP is above 25%, this skill is replaced with Special Attack: Drive Suppression. This effect can trigger once every 5s. Character is invulnerable while using this skill.

Defensive Assist: Hero's Entrance

When the on-field character is about to be attacked, press to activate: Parries the enemy's attack, dealing massive Daze. Character is invulnerable while using this skill.

Assist Follow-Up: Villain's Exit

Press after a Defensive Assist to activate: Kicks the motorcycle at the target, dealing massive Physical DMG. Character is invulnerable while using this skill.

Special AttackLv. 12

Special Attack: Drive Suppression

When HP is above 25%, press to activate: Consumes HP equal to 16% of Max HP to summon a motorcycle and swiftly crash into enemies, continuously dealing Physical DMG. If attacked by an enemy as the active character shortly upon activating this skill, triggers a block, negating the attack and restoring 5 Determination. After triggering a block, immediately chains into EX Special Attack: Cool Wheelie. After the skill continues for a while, it automatically chains into EX Special Attack: Cool Wheelie. Anti-Interrupt level is increased while using this skill.

Special Attack: Run Wild

Triggers automatically when Dodge: Through the Galaxy is interrupted: Kicks his motorcycle at enemies, dealing Physical DMG. After using this skill, it can be chained into Dodge Counter: Duel King. Anti-Interrupt level is increased while using this skill.

EX Special Attack: Cool Wheelie

Triggers automatically when Special Attack: Drive Suppression reaches its maximum duration or a block is triggered: Lifts the motorcycle to attack enemies, dealing Physical DMG. On hit, restores an additional 8 Determination. After using this skill, with enough Adrenaline, press or hold to chain into EX Special Attack: Rocking Footwork. After the skill animation ends, automatically chains into Special Attack: Run Wild. Character is invulnerable while using this skill.

EX Special Attack: High-Traction Wheels

With enough Adrenaline, hold to activate: Slams down with the motorcycle, dealing Physical DMG. Restores 30% of Max HP upon activating this skill. Character is invulnerable while using this skill.

EX Special Attack: Rocking Footwork

After activating EX Special Attack: Cool Wheelie and with enough Adrenaline, press or hold to activate: Uses the motorcycle and hand cannon for a combined attack, dealing Physical DMG. Upon activating this skill, restore 15% of Max HP. Character is invulnerable while using this skill.

Chain AttackLv. 12

Chain Attack: Knight's Swagger

When a Chain Attack is triggered, select the character to activate: Launches a series of attacks forward, dealing massive Physical DMG. Upon activating this skill, gains 15 Determination. Character is invulnerable while using this skill.

Wasteland Automaton

Increases the DMG dealt by Basic Attack: Full-Throttle Starlight, EX Special Attack: Cool Wheelie, and Ultimate: Starlight Knight Flying Kick by 50%. Activating EX Special Attack: Rocking Footwork, EX Special Attack: High-Traction Wheels, or hitting a Stunned enemy with Special Attack: Drive Suppression grants the Turbocharged effect: Special Attack: Drive Suppression consumes this effect to immediately follow up with EX Special Attack: Cool Wheelie, and increases that instance's CRIT DMG by 50%. Only 1 stack of Turbocharged can be held.

While in combat, each use of Special Attack: Drive Suppression increases Starlight - Billy's CRIT DMG by 8%, stacking up to 2 times and lasting 45s. Repeated triggers reset the duration. If HP is below 35% and Starlight - Billy is not the active character, he continuously recovers HP, up to 35%.

Landing the 4th hit of Basic Attack: Knight's Technique, EX Special Attack: Cool Wheelie, or Chain Attack: Knight's Swagger grants 1 stack of Brilliant Starlight, stacking up to 6 times, and gaining at most 1 stack per skill use. When using Ultimate: Starlight Knight Flying Kick or Basic Attack: Full-Throttle Starlight, consumes up to 2 stacks of Brilliant Starlight, with each stack consumed causing that skill's final hit to deal 100% Sheer Force as additional Physical DMG.
